2. Why we collect it
To deliver what you bought, to let you re-download it, to send transactional email such as receipts and download links, and to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
3. Analytics
We use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no profile building.
4. Processors
We rely on a small number of processors: a payment provider for checkout, an authentication and database provider for accounts, an email provider for transactional and newsletter mail, and a hosting provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement.
5. Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for the period tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 30 days of closure. Newsletter data is deleted immediately on unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time, and you can object to processing. Write to studio@prodvia.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Your uploads
Product images you upload for generation are processed to produce your output and are not used to train models, shared with other customers, or retained beyond the job.
